Familiarize yourself with Aurora Student, the University of Manitoba's online registration and academic record management system.

STEP 2
Find out your academic program requirements - this information can be found in your faculty or school section of the Academic Calendar.
Any questions or concerns about what courses you should register for should be directed to your faculty or school office - find your faculty or school contact information here!

STEP 3
If necessary, obtain approval for your courses or program from the dean, director, or other faculty/school representative.

STEP 4
Verify your registration eligibility, check for any Holds that may prevent you from registering, and find out your initial registration access time.

STEP 5
Plan your schedule and prepare your timetable.

STEP 6
Use Aurora Student to register in the courses you have selected. See: Register For Courses for more specific information.

STEP 7
Use Aurora Student to obtain a fee assessment - you will not be sent a statement in the mail.

Pay your fees. See: Fee Payment and Deadlines for more information about fee payment options, fee payment deadlines, and penalties for unpaid tuition.
STEP 9
If you have not yet done so, obtain a student photo identification card and claim your student email account.
