Ordering Enrolment Verifications

Students may request an Enrolment Verification in person at the Registrar’s Office, 400 University Centre, by fax or by mail. There is a charge of $6.50 for each Enrolment/Degree verification requested, payable by interac (in-person) or by credit card (in-person, by mail or by fax).

IN PERSON

Students may request an Enrolment Verification in person by presenting their photo ID and filling out the form available in our office, to the U of M Registrar’s Office, 400 University Centre from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

BY MAIL or BY FAX

To obtain an Enrolment Verification by mail, submit a signed, written request or enclose a form from a third party. Include Visa or Mastercard number (include expiry date) and the signature of the card holder.

Please include the following information in your written request:

  • Student's full name and any former names under which they were enrolled.
  • Student identification number.
  • Specific information we are to certify. Any or all of the following information can be certified. It is important to indicate in the request what we are to certify:
• Which terms or dates of attendance 
• Full time/part time status 
• Any special instructions from an outside company. (We do our best but we cannot accommodate all special requests.)
  • Mailing address or fax number to which the Enrolment Verification should be sent. Enrolment verification can be sent directly to the student or to a third party.
  • Daytime telephone number.
  • Student’s signature.
  • Visa or Mastercard number (include expiry date) and the signature of the card holder.
