Student Leadership Development Program

The University of Manitoba Student Leadership Development Program (SLDP) encourages students to build valuable skills by combining leadership training with hands-on, transformative experiences.

This free program consists of:

  • A series of workshop sessions offered on a weekly basis.
  • The completion of a capstone leadership group project.
  • Self-reflection activities and a variety of leadership assessment tools.
