Pre-departure training in teaching English as an Additional Language (E.A.L.) will be provided. Knowledge of conversational Spanish is recommended. Participants are eligible for recognition on their Co-Curricular Record (CCR).

Dates: Start of May to start of June 2013 (exact dates to be confirmed). A mandatory pre-departure training session will take place on March 30 and 31, 2013.

"Through the program, I gained teaching skills, a deeper understanding of the economic and social justice issues that affect all of our lives, and an appreciation for a new and exciting culture. It challenged the way I thought about myself and my life in Canada, and I will take those lessons with me throughout my education and career."
