Dates: February 15 - 24, 2014. Dates of mandatory pre-departure training are to be determined.

ALL-INCLUSIVE COST: $2,750  (Bursaries are available on a needs-basis)
Price includes return airfare from Winnipeg, program fee, food and accommodation, travel insurance, sightseeing excursions, all in-country transport, IDI training, and comprehensive pre-departure training.

This exciting program offers participants the opportunity to travel to rural El Salvador for ten days to work side-by-side with the local community on a development project. The project varies yearly depending on the needs identified by the community and our partner, Lutheran World Federation. Past projects have included land-terracing, preparing land for a farmer field school, and building a playground for the local elementary school. Come prepared to get your hands dirty! Participants are eligible for recognition on their Co-Curricular Record (CCR).
