staying motivated at the gym

I totally need people to go to the gym with, it's ridiculously boring to go by yourself...... especially when you're running 2 miles
I generally go every day, gotta stay fit to fight

Perhaps you should switch it up, that's usually what I do. Instead of just running, add swimming and cycling to your routine. Both of these result in the same benefits for the heart and weight-loss that running does.
That and it gives your knees a little break.

I startoff by assigning priorities to my tasks. Then I closely work my way to the assigned tasks, giving more time to high priority work. After the red flag work is done, I allocate time for my workout. Since I only workout about an hour, alternating each day, this allows me to complete the lower priority tasks later. Alternating your workout days is a good idea and recommended as well since your muscles can take upto 48 hours to full relax.
One last note, since we all have different types of committments beside school, some of these tips will help you balance your academic requirements and other tasks in life. Eventually you will figure out what works best for you.
