Need goods tickets to see Oasis in September.

Anyone know where I can get tickest for good seats (rows 1-5 floor or 1-3 100-level seating on the sides)?
I tried to get presale tickets but wasn't lucky and all the good seats seems to have gone to scalpers. HELP!
