How Do I Find a Journal?
To find journals you will use the online Library Catalogue BISON. There are a number of ways you can search BISON for journals:
- by keyword and limiting format to journal
- periodical title(browse) in the drop down menu.

Recap of Steps to Finding Journals
- To find journals, go to the Click on Search Library Catalogue (Bison) in the left column. Type in journal title and then choose Journal Title from the drop down menu in the next box.
- Or type in your keywords and limit format to journal and click the Search button..
- BISON (Library Catalogue) will display the relevant titles listed chronologically from newest to oldest.

Click on Full description to see details about the journals and their locations. You should note:
- Which library the journal is in.
- Where in the library the journal is found.
- If the journal is signed out or on the shelf.
- The call number of the journal. Call numbers are located at the bottom right hand side of the record, above the shelving location.
