Computing Resources
A number of resources are available to help you use various web based and computer services at the University. We have highlighted a few of them.

The online Course Calendar is a great tool to search for courses and plan your academic schedule. It allows you to look at the courses a faculty or department offers, and specifically what is offered this year. It is also integrated with the Registration Guide so you can check for schedules, instructors, and more.

Anti-virus software keeps your computer safe from harmful viruses that can erase files and damage your computer. The Uof M's IST department currently provides and supports Trend Micro's OfficeScan AntiVirus (OSAV) software for use by University of Manitoba staff and students, including authorized at home use.

Are you interested in downloading and installing some antivirus software on your computer? This tutorial will show you how!
