Anyone can visit the Virtual Learning Commons and look at and read the pages. To interact with the site, to add comments, start a new discussion, update your profile or manage your contacts you will need to login with your UMnetID.

Similarly, if you want to use the Online Writing Tutor, the Assignment Calendar, register for an event or view your personal calendar you will need to log in.
