What Is Winnipeg Like?
Winnipeg is a city with a population of around 700,000 located in the centre of Canada, at the intersection of two major rivers. There are many parks (such as the Assiniboine Park), museums, theatres, and even a zoo in Winnipeg. Yearly festivals such as Folklorama and the Winnipeg Jazz Festival make Winnipeg a fun place to live.
What is the Weather Like?
The climate consists of four seasons, with both warm and cold temperatures. The warmest months of the year are June, July, and August, when temperatures during the day around 15 to 20 degrees celsius. The coldest months are December, January, and February, when temperatures are around -15 degrees celsius, and are frequently colder.
