"One Page" Term Schedule

This "Term Schedule"PDF handout is useful because you can see the whole term at a glance. Using it, you can avoid turning the page in your agenda Sunday night to find you have a 10 page essay due Monday!

  • Map out assignment due dates and exam dates in the term.
  • See how these dates relate to each other (are there really busy times, catch up times, and get ahead times?).
  • See the big picture.
When might I use this handout?
  • As early in the term as possible.
  • Any other time in the term I notice I’m falling behind or feel disorganized.

  • Print and fill in all academic assignments, tests, and non academic obligations or commitments.

  • To prepare for peak periods of output and know the times that allow for getting ahead.
  • To free the mind of trying to keep many dates straight and reserve mental energy for studying and learning.
