    When I entered a diploma nursing program last century, we were assigned to an upper class man who would serve as a mentor and we had a roommate forming a peer relationship. When I entered university last fall I did not expect to see this model but I miss it. I would like to develop a similar program that would be available for students in any faculty at U of M. ...
