    This is hilarious. I'd say you are correct to a certain extent. People are free to discuss what they want especially if it improves their university experience whether it's bringing their grades up, or meeting new people. Maybe its the personal topics between people who have never met that seems quit strange. It's kinda like UofM has it's own facebook or something.
