Returns are accepted on items that are manufacturer-sealed, in resalable condition, within two weeks of purchase. Sales receipt and photo ID are required. Restocking fees may apply.
All opened hardware components will be tested and a restocking fee assessed before a refund will be given. All original packaging, manuals and manufacturer's CDs must accompany the original sales receipt.
Hardware items will not be refunded by Computers on Campus if the Manufacturer's warranty is in force. Replacement, repair or warranty assistance will be at the discretion of Computers on Campus.
Refunds will not be given for special orders, final sale items, opened ink cartridges, OEM hardware components, computer disks, CD’s, DVD’s, or sealed items such as software. For hygienic reasons, head sets, ear phones and ear buds are non-returnable. If defective, these items may be exchanged only when accompanied by the original receipt and all original packaging.
All new hardware purchased from the Computers on Campus comes with a manufacturer limited warranty. Some items are serviced on campus. Local service suppliers service other warranties and some warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please read your product warranty card or contact the Computers on Campus for specific details.
All refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Refunds on payments made by cheque will be subject to a two week holding period.
