Responsibilities:

I am originally from Ontario – thought “I will move to Winnipeg” in 2011 and have been here since. I am an Office Assistant on loan from the Department of Plant Science while covering for Linda during her mat leave. I will be providing financial and administrative support for the management of CERC projects and reports for CEOS which may include reconciliation of monthly grant and operating statements, processing journal entries, providing back up documentation for reporting purposes and to funding agencies, and verify transactions for 50% of the FOPs in CEOS, in conjunction with maintaining databases/spreadsheets to track funding details and expenses. I have extensive experience with Ariba (EPIC) Purchasing, processing Payroll through VIP and HR forms, Visa Purchasing, and Travel/Expense and Concur claims. Outside of work hours, you will find me enjoying a different form of ice playing hockey and ringette.
