  • Scheduling and monitoring of residents
  • During Family Medicine Block Time (FMBT), weekly scheduling of students and residents, as well as well as organization and scheduling of orientation and local educational activities/events for residents (e.g., RORPS, SOOs, In-Units, Academic Days, Journal Club, and PEARL exercises
  • Maintains resident binders/files and tracks resident assessments and progress throughout the program
  • Provides information to residents, students, and preceptors on day-to-day educational and resident issues
  • Provides resident scheduling for the St. Boniface Hospital CTU
  • Provides scheduling support for the weekly Urban Academic Half Days
  • Provides scheduling support for the behavioural medicine and psychiatry sessions for family medicine residents
