Title: Henry H. Marshall fonds.

Dates: 1920's - 1980's.

Extent: 80 photographs and three photo albums.

Biographical sketch: Dr. Henry H. Marshall was a researcher working for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Research Station in Morden, Manitoba. Agriculture Canada published several of his reports: Coral-bell for Canadian gardens (1974); Hedges for the prairies (1974) etc. He donated books, photographs of plants, slides of Manitoba plant life, and his family farm photographs (1925-1930's) to the University of Manitoba in 1993.

Custodial history: The fonds was donated to the University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections by Dr. Henry Marshall in 1993.

Scope and content: The fonds consists of photographs of plants and farm life in Miami and Deerwood Manitoba; and photographs and slides of Manitoba plant life.
