  • The Work-Study Program is now accepting applications for Fall 2018 and Winter 2019!
  • TO ALL 2017-2018 EMPLOYERS: Please complete the Employer Survey to be eligible for the upcoming 2018-2019 intake. 

Important dates to remember:

 April 2

 2018-2019 Work-Study application opens

 June 27, 4:00 PM

 New employer registration deadline

 June 29, 4:00 PM 

 Work-Study position submission deadline

 July 3-6   

 Job posting approval/denial confirmation

 September 17 

 Student applications released to employers

 October 19

 Deadline to hire a student for Fall/Winter

 March 8, 2019

 End date for all Work-Study positions

New Employer Registration

New employer registration deadline: Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 4:00 PM

    1. Complete the Employer Registration Form
      Please allow 1-2 business days for CareerCONNECT account set-up or Work-Study portal access.
    2. Once you receive a confirmation email containing your account details, follow the "How To Post a New Job" instructions on how to submit your Work-Study project/position application.

How To Post a New Job

For a complete visual guide on how to post jobs in the Work-Study module, please use the How To Post/Repost a Job aid.

Job submission deadline: Friday, June 29, 2018 at 4:00 PM

    1. Log-in to your new/existing careerCONNECT account.
    2. On the left navigation menu, click on the "Work-Study" module.
    3. From here, click on "Job Postings" and then click "Post a New Job".
    4. Submit posting and wait for the confirmation email.

How To Repost/Edit An Existing Job:

    1. Log-in to your new/existing careerCONNECT account.
    2. On the left navigation menu, click on the "Work-Study" module.
    3. From here, click on "Job Postings" and then click "All Job Postings".
    4. Select the job posting that you would like to edit/repost.
    5. Edit and submit posting.

Note: You will be notified by email if your position(s) is/are approved. If your position has been approved, any further changes to your posting will result to a Pending Changed status, which will require us to approve it again. Please inform us of any changes you make on your posting(s).

How to Complete the Employer Survey:

  1.  Log-in to your new/existing careerCONNECT account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, click on the "Work-Study" module.
  3. From here, click on Survey - Employers.
  4. Complete and submit the form.
