The Registrar’s Office will send out information about Graduation and Convocation by e-mail to students’ umanitoba e-mail accounts 6-8 weeks prior to their Graduation and Convocation. Students will be asked to make sure that we have their full legal name to print on their parchment. They will also be asked whether or not they will be attending the convocation ceremony. It is important to respond to these requests by the due dates stated in the email.
The later students have their intent to graduate declared, the closer to Graduation and Convocation they will receive their information.
