MERLIN (Manitoba Education Research Learning Information Networks) was established in 1995 as a special operating agency with the Department of Education and Youth. It was formed to coordinate the delivery of technology services to the education community across Manitoba. In 2002, MERLIN was transfered to the newly formed Department of Energy Science and Technology. |
