Standard Hardware Models

The recommendations below are provided as a minimum system guideline for desktop workstations and laptops. These specifications are based on what is required to run the current corporate applications at the University of Manitoba and are reviewed every six months.

IST works closely with the Bookstore to administer these standards. Purchases can be made through Managed Computing.
