Dr. Robert Balshaw, is a Senior Scientist, Statistician for the BC Centre for Disease Control (An Agency of the Provincial Health Services Authority).

He received his M.Sc. from the University of Manitoba in 1987 and his Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University.
