Exhibitor pricing and packages

Join us for the University of Manitoba’s 25 annual ASE Career Fair. This is an opportunity to meet with students from the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, the Faculty of Science, the Price Faculty of Engineering and Clayton H. Riddell Fauclty of Envrionment, Earth, and Resources. This event will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose room of UMSU University Centre.

The ASE Career Fair is hosted by Career Services, the Faculty of Agriculture Students Organization (FASO) and the University of Manitoba Engineering Society (UMES). Undergraduate and graduate students from the following programs will be in attendance, eager to learn about opportunities in your organization:

Registration details

Only the registered exhibitor may occupy the booth. Booth placement will be based on support level, date of registration and at the discretion of Career Services. All ASE Career Fair Supporters will have preferred placement. The Early Bird deadline is August 17, 2023. If you wish to purchase more than one booth, please call prior to registration.

We encourage all exhibitors to register early, as space is limited.

CLASSIC and NPO registration package includes:

*** If your organization is GST exempt, please provide your GST number when you register. We will also ask for proof of your GST exemption status for our records in your confirmation email. This is typically in the form of a letter on organizational letter head or a government statement listing your GST exemption number.

Confirmation and payment

Exhibitors will receive an email confirmation once their registration has been approved. Invoices will be issued in mid-October 2023 via email. Payment will be due upon receipt.

Cancellation Deadline: 4:30 PM (CST) on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

  • Cancellations received on or before this date and time will be charged a $125.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after this date and time will be charged in full.

NOTE: Any organization that registers after the cancellation deadline will be charged in full, irrespective of any cancellations received.

Certificate of insurance

Within two weeks of your registration approval, you must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) evidencing Comprehensive General Liability Insurance including the following:

  1. Not less than $2,000,000.00 ($2 Million)
  2. With the University of Manitoba added as an “Additional Insured” with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the exhibitor
  3. The insurance policy should also include a cross-liability clause

This can be obtained through your insurance broker. The COI can be emailed to ase.careerfair@umanitoba.ca. Your participation and placement cannot be guaranteed without this policy.
