  • Determining step placement;
  • Maintaining internal alignment;
  • Determining external competitiveness by conducting and participating in wage surveys;
  • Administering pay changes in accordance to collective agreements, increases approved by the Board of Governors, and changes to wage-related policies.
  • Maintaining wage and service scales.
