The School of Art invites you to visit MFA Open Studios, where graduate students in the Master of Fine Arts program open their studio spaces to share works in progress and ongoing research.
This informal event offers visitors an opportunity to explore a wide range of artistic practices and speak directly with artists about the ideas, materials, and processes shaping their work. Studios across Taché Hall and the Art Barn will be open throughout the afternoon, offering a behind-the-scenes look into the creative environment of the School of Art’s MFA program.
Working across diverse media—including painting, sculpture, ceramics, installation, drawing, photography, and interdisciplinary practices—students will present projects currently under development as part of their graduate research.
Visitors are welcome to move between studio spaces, meet the artists, and experience the experimentation, dialogue, and material exploration that define graduate studio practice.
Free and open to the public.
