Jared Enns

Between being a student, instructor, or administrator, Jared has been in the post-secondary education world for over 15 years. Before joining the team at the James W. Burns Executive Education Centre, he served as the Senior Manager of Industry Training and Continuing Education at the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT). His professional background also includes roles in program administration at MITT and student support services at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in Edmonton. Throughout his career, he’s had the opportunity to work with incredibly diverse groups of learners. 

Jared is passionate about building meaningful learning experiences that are accessible, flexible, and responsive to the unique needs of learners. He thrives on collaborating with individuals and organizations to create innovative education pathways and foster vibrant learning communities. 

Jared holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Winnipeg, and an MSc from McMaster University, both in physics. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his spouse, two children, and their dog: outdoors whenever possible, and preferably near, on, or in water.
