Faculty Supervisor: Dr. Bruno Silvestre and Dr. Narendra Malalgoda
Bio:
My research interests lie in sustainable supply chain management, circular economy practices and agricultural food systems. Prior to entering the doctoral program, I worked for several years in operations and business development in Bangladesh, focusing on sourcing, logistics and market expansion. This practical experience exposed me directly to operational inefficiencies and post-harvest losses, which motivated me to pursue academic research. My current focus centers on how digital technologies and sustainable business models can help optimize supply chains, reduce waste and build more resilient and equitable agriculture networks.
