Maryam Razzaq is a people centered and purpose driven higher education professional with over seven years of experience in student recruitment, career development, and program development. She is passionate about connecting students with transformative educational opportunities and guiding them toward pathways that align with their strengths, aspirations, and long term goals.
Her experience includes leading strategic recruitment initiatives, cultivating community partnerships, advising diverse student populations, and supporting work integrated learning and adult learners through thoughtful program design. As a Sessional Instructor, she continues to nurture confidence, communication, and career readiness in the classroom, creating spaces where students feel supported and seen.
Maryam holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, a Certificate in Academic Advising, a Certificate in University and College Administration and Program Development for Adult Learners. She is currently completing executive studies in Leadership and Communication at Harvard University and serves as a Board Member with the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba.
