Stephanie has 15 years of experience at the University of Manitoba, where she has held key roles at the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences and the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR). At Rady, she was an integral part of the Faculty Recruitment team and at NCTR, she served as the Human Resources Specialist, supporting a range of strategic HR initiatives.
Stephanie earned her Business Administration diploma in 2021 and completed specialized training in Management and Human Resources through the University of Manitoba. She is currently pursuing Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) studies through Extended Education. Her HR experience includes recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development, with a strong emphasis on collaborative, people-focused solutions. Known for her professionalism, collaborative approach, and strong interpersonal skills, Stephanie is dedicated to delivering exceptional HR support to both staff and leadership.
In this role, Stephanie will support the HR Academic portfolio by assisting with key processes related to academic hiring, onboarding, and compliance. Her work will help ensure that HR Academic activities are aligned with university policies, collective agreements, and best practices in academic administration.
