Yev brings over a decade of invaluable experience in the banking sector, where she honed her talent for building meaningful connections and delivering tailored solutions to a diverse range of businesses. Yev and her family emigrated to Canada from the Ukraine.  Once here in Canada, she began working as a Coach and Job Search Consultant with Manitoba Start.  In this role, she found joy in supporting newcomers settling in Canada, reflecting her deep commitment to community and empowerment.

With fluency in multiple languages and a keen understanding of cultural nuances, Yev effortlessly navigates diverse environments, fostering collaboration and effective communication wherever she goes. Her academic background, including a Master's in Business Management and additional certifications in Job Development and Employment Optimization, showcases her dedication to professional growth and excellence.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Yev finds solace and renewal in camping adventures and cherishes meaningful moments with her family.
