Review the instructions to request a Microsoft 365 product, and read the product descriptions and pricing details.

Instructions for requesting a Microsoft 365 product

  1. Please review Microsoft 365 product descriptions and pricing details to select the appropriate version of the tool you are looking for.
  2. Log in to EPIC to complete your purchase order.
  3. In the Comments field of the purchase request, include:
    • The name(s) of the licence assignees (this is required).
  4. Submit your order to licensing@merlin.mb.ca
  5. The IST Service Desk will receive notification of your order and will assign licences and arrange for software installation if required.

All subscription licences must be renewed annually prior to April 1. The purchaser will receive a reminder.
