Appeal Terms & Conditions

We are currently experiencing a longer than usual response time due to the high volume of appeals. Thank you for your patience.

I agree to the appeal terms & conditions below and acknowledge my appeal will not be reviewed unless the citation has been paid.

The following reasons are not considered grounds for a successful appeal:

Parking only for short periods
Failure to display permit
Failure to observe signs or regulations
Personal convenience or other subjective concerns

Appeals must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the citation issue date. Payment of the parking citation must be made before an appeal is considered. Appeal forms may be rejected for any of the following: an incomplete or illegible appeal form, appeals submitted for outstanding citations or from a registered owner or operator with outstanding parking citations over thirty (30) days old other than the citation being appealed. The outcome will be sent in writing within 15 days of the committee's decision and if successful, a refund will be issued to the payor.
