Notice Regarding Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information by the University
- A minimum of 7 days notice is required: in order for the cancellation to become effective, a Cancellation Form must be received by The Office of Parking & Transportation (OPT) 7 business days prior to the last day of the current month in order for the cancellation to be effective the next month. The customer may keep their parking assignment for the remainder of that month, however no refund will be given for any unused days within that month.
- Annual or multiple month permits: customers may request and receive a prorated refund of the parking permit fee paid, less an administrative handling fee. Monthly permits are non-refundable. Information on pro-rated fees and refunds is available on the student parking page.
- The parking assignment will be cancelled indefinitely. Should the customer want parking in the future, they would reapply as a new applicant.
- Upon reapplying, OPT will assign a space if available. Should OPT not have an immediate space in any lot upon reapplication, the customer would add their name to the bottom of a wait list and wait until a space becomes available.
