As Lead, Student Success & Strategic Initiatives and as a Sessional Instructor at the Asper School of Business, Charlotte drives impactful programs and partnerships that empower students at every stage of their journey and prepare them for impactful careers. With over a decade of experience across Europe and North America, she brings a global perspective to student advising, career education, and skills development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Career & Employment Coach Certificate (CCEC) from the University of Winnipeg, and is a Certified Leadership Coach.
As Co-Chair of CACEE West, Charlotte contributes to advancing career development through collaboration, innovation, and emerging technologies. Charlotte is deeply committed to continuous professional growth, regularly exploring new approaches in leadership, education, and student success to enrich her practice and enhance outcomes for the learners and communities she serves.
Her commitment to creating inclusive, empowering learning environments has led to strong partnerships with community organizations and the business sector. Charlotte’s integrity and values-driven approach ensure her work aligns with her core values of autonomy and empowerment. She has presented at conferences on career development, skills training, and the use of AI in education, and has been recognized with awards for her contributions to the field.
Beyond her professional role, Charlotte continues to teach and practice Pilates (STOTT-trained), blending her passion for mindful movement with lifelong learning.
