Summer hiring can move fast. Have a few examples ready that highlight your experience and strengths. Think about group projects, part time work, or volunteering.
What you are building while you do this
This is more than preparing answers. It is how you start building skills you will use in your experiences.
- When you reflect on your past experiences, that is Self Awareness.
- When you think about how you approached challenges, that is Metacognition.
These are competencies you can later recognize and reflect on through your experiences.
