Biography

Matthew has been a law librarian at the University of Manitoba since 2016. Prior to that he spent time working in reference services at the Country of Carleton Law Association Library in Ottawa, Ontario. He has a Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) degree from the University of Alberta, a Master of Arts degree (History) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), both from the University of Manitoba. Prior to his time in library’s, Matthew worked in politics as a parliamentary researcher and policy analyst.

Currently, Matthew co-teaches the Advanced Legal Research course (LAW3360) at Robson Hall and also assists with legal research instruction for Legal Methods, The Desautels Review Scholarly Publication Course, the Business Law Clinical Internship (LAW3344) and a variety of other courses within the faculty.
