Statistics Help Centre
The Statistics Help Centre is a resource available for statistics students to get help with general questions or concepts in statistics courses. The centre is run by graduate students and senior undergraduate students in statistics that are available to help.
Hours and location
We are open to any and all students seeking help with a course in the department of statistics. No appointment is necessary! Check your course syllabus for Zoom links to the online Help Centre offers.

Room 107, Allen Building.
Hours
Please note that the Statistics Help Centre is not open during holidays or the Fall Term break. No appointments are necessary.
June 30 to August 8, 2025:
- Monday: 10:15 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday: closed.
- Wednesday: 10:15 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Thursday: closed.
- Friday: closed.
The Help Centre is closed on Monday, August 4. 2025, in observance of Terry Fox Day, and will be open from 10:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025.
Lab rules
- No printing.
- No food or drink.
- Computers are for statistics students and work only. (No Facebook, email, and others)
- Please turn your cell phones off or silent.
