About the program
In this program, students will participate in both online and in-person learning that includes elements such as multimedia discussion posts, reflection activities, and in-person one-to-one coaching sessions and connection events.
This interactive program is designed to help students explore the concept of resilience and its role in achieving academic success. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences, engage with peers (including through one to one session with Healthy U peer health educators) and develop practical strategies to support their well-being and academic journey.

If you are interested in registering for Resilient U, please complete the Resilient U Registration. In person learning sessions and events will be determined based on the best dates for all participants
Who is Resilient U for
This program is designed for students across all faculties, degree types, and academic years who are looking to build communication, well-being and resilience skills. Students will be part of a diverse learning community and are encouraged to learn and share knowledge with one another. Whether students are new to the concept of resilience or looking to deepen their understanding, Resilient U offers a supportive space to learn, connect, and grow.
