Lead by a neurodivergent graduate student, this lecture introduces the concepts of neurodiversity and neurodivergence, as well as how these apply in academia. The lecture discusses common strengths and struggles among neurodivergent students and what faculty members can do to support them.

Charlotte Moore is a neurodivergent PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education, as well as the workshop coordinator at the Academic Learning Centre. Her current research explores neurodivergent graduate students’ sense of belonging in academia.
