Services include analysis and investigation of a specific business problem, support for a Request for Proposal (RFP) process that has a technology component or supporting the pilot of a software product.

Request enhancement for enterprise applications
You may request or suggest an enhancement to improve enterprise applications, including AdAstra, Dollar Universe, UM Achieve, Argos, Workflow and other university-wide systems. An enhancement is a change in the function of an existing feature.
Your enhancement request must be authorized by the business owner.
To request enhancement for enterprise applications, create an IT ticket.
