  • Packages

    New to personal training

    The jumpstart and jumpstart plus packages are the best starting points for new clients. During a consultation, our trainers will get to know you, your fitness levels and your goals. With this information, they will create an individualized plan for three one-hour training sessions.

    Training sessions

    Individual training sessions let you hit the ground running. Packages include one-hour sessions with our personal trainers, who will work with you, help you execute your program properly and progress with your goals.

    If you have not already had a consultation with a trainer, thirty minutes of your first session will be used to discuss your needs, abilities and preferences.

    Assessments

    Assessment packages let our trainers use evidence-based methods to identify and analyze your functional movement, body composition, VO2 Max and general fitness. This gives you insight into your body's health and fitness, setting you up for more effective training, support and intervention.

    Combos

    Training and assessments meet in combo packages like the works plus and peak performance  which give your personal trainer a comprehensive evaluation of into your health and fitness levels so they can create a specialized programs with clear targets and progression goals.

Group personal training

Group personal training sessions are designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals with expert guidance and shared motivation from a small, dynamic and supportive community.

Self-guided training programs

Self-guided training programs are ready-made, app-based programs designed by our certified trainers for people who want a clear plan to follow on their own. Choose the one that best fits your goals and follow a progressive program you can complete on your own schedule.

These plans are best suited for individuals who are currently injury-free, comfortable with basic exercise technique, and prefer to train independently. As a self-guided training plan participant, you also have the option to add in-person personal training sessions for extra coaching at a discounted rate (additional cost). 

How to register

  • Register online

    Go to the registration page and select the packages and services best for you. Complete your purchase, a short intake questionnaire and waiver and within three business days you will be matched with a trainer best suited for your needs.

  • Register in person

    Review our packages and services to determine which suits your needs. Visit the customer service desk and a team member will help you register and complete your intake forms and waivers.

  • After you register

    Our staff check registrations daily (Monday–Friday) and work on matching you with a trainer based on the information you filled out during the registration process for in-person services.

    You will receive an email within 2–3 business days to connect you with your trainer and provide additional information about your services, including how to access the facility and how to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Once connected with your trainer, you book your session date and time directly with them.

    For online self-guided 4-week programs, no trainer matching is required. You will receive an email within 2–3 business days with information on how to access your program and get started.

Our trainers

All of our trainers are certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) as Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEP) or Certified Personal Trainers (CPT). This means they can provide you with the knowledge and direction to help you achieve your desired results.

Each CSEP-certified trainer needs:

  • 120 credit hours of post-secondary education
  • 100 hours of practical experience in health-related fitness
  • 30 professional development credits every two-years
  • 8 core competency areas addressing theoretical and practical knowledge
