What students are saying about the Charge Ahead program:

“[Charge Ahead mentors] can offer solutions to issues you are having. They provide you with resources around campus that you never knew existed.”

“Very helpful created a comfortable environment where you don't feel judged or silly for sharing struggles [my mentor] was very good in giving advice... I felt comfortable sharing my struggles.”

What do our mentors say?

“I have been a student for the most part of my life and the one thing that has always helped me get to places is my mentors. I have always wanted to help people navigate their journeys and find amazing people like I did, and I am glad to work in a program that matches my goals and values.”- Sakshi, Ph.D. candidate in the Dept. Of English, Film, Media and Theatre

“The best part about being a mentor is that I get to connect with students. It is truly a joy to learn about the experiences of peers and to be able to support their academic goals.”- Rebecca, Final year student in the Faculty of Science
