University students often have difficulties getting the proper quantity and quality of sleep. This workshop will discuss the importance of sleep and the impact poor sleep can have on well-being and academic performance. In this workshop, you will learn practical tips and strategies that you can apply to get restful sleep and feel less fatigued.
