Biography

Jeff Palmer is a Community Planner with Urban Systems, an interdisciplinary consulting firm based in Western Canada.  Aaron works with municipalities and communities on a range of land use plans, housing needs assessments and capital projects, downtown and neighbourhood revitalization strategies, economic development initiatives, feasibility studies, and business plans across Manitoba and Northwest Ontario.

Prior to joining Urban Systems in 2019, Jeff was a partner in a small local consulting firm.  Jeff has worked for over 20 years with urban revitalization organizations including the Forks Renewal Corporation, CentreVenture Development Corporation, and the University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation.  Jeff is the past chair of Westminster Housing Society, Storefront Manitoba, and has recently joined the Board of Directors of Artspace.
