Billy Fung

​​Billy creates a variety of digital material for online education, including motion graphics, video, and interactive learning elements. He works with instructional designers and content authors to create components for LMS systems such as Brightspace and Moodle, while adhering to strict WCAG accessibility and brand standards. As a digital media specialist, Billy offers faculty consulting, technical training, and responsive web design to help students retain information and meet the university's strategic goals.​
