Webex Transition: Resources & Support

As part of the transition from Webex to Zoom, we have developed comprehensive resources to assist you. This includes step-by-step instructions to help you download important Webex content. You will also find guidance on adopting Zoom for your teaching and administrative needs.

Webex will remain available through UM Learn from September to December 2025 (Fall 2025 term). However, it will be fully decommissioned from UM Learn starting January 2026 (Winter 2026 term).
After Webex is removed from UM Learn, you should only retrieve data such as meeting recordings and attendance reports directly from the Webex website. This data will be available until the end of April 2026.
