University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship

Applications received after the deadline or incomplete applications will not be considered.

To ensure a successful submission of your UMFA application, please consult the following steps:

Step 1: Student completes and submits UMGF Application Part 1 with Transcripts.

• Student emails application package directly to  info_biomedical@umanitoba.ca

  • Use email subject line: Student Number - First Name and Last Name - BME UMGF Application

  Note on Student Transcripts:

  • University of Manitoba applicants: Please submit your UM transcripts (web transcripts are acceptable) with your application. Copies of other university transcripts will be taken from your admission application.

  • New and/or International students: If University of Manitoba transcripts/grades are not available to you yet, please submit copies of the transcripts you applied to your Graduate Program with.

Step 2: Referee completes UMGF Application Part 2 and provides a Letter of Reference. 

• Referee emails Part 2 and reference letter directly to info_biomedical@umanitoba.ca

  • Use email subject line: Student Number - First Name and Last Name - BME UMGF Application
