UM is one of many organizations doing the important work of providing education and training on equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility. Our approach offers a much deeper experience than a short workshop. This 18-hour course informs and inspires change. Past participants of our UM training consistently report an increase in their personal self-awareness and ability to act appropriately in matters related to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility.
Apply what you learn in this course to your workplace so everyone can thrive. Challenge unfair systems and practices to identify and remove barriers for all. With a stronger understanding of key terminology and concepts, important skills in critical self-reflection and empathy for different perspectives that you gain from this course, you will better understand your position in the world and the issues we face so you are prepared to make a difference.
