Schulich Leader Scholarships
Schulich Leader Scholarships are prestigious undergraduate scholarships awarded to high school graduates enrolling in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) programs. Successful students must display an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrate leadership, charisma and creativity. Strong consideration is given to students with financial need.
In a partnership with The Schulich Foundation, the University of Manitoba helps you to define who you really are. These scholarships are provided, in perpetuity, by a $200 million donation on behalf of the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and the Seymour Schulich Foundation.
The University of Manitoba awards two scholarships each year. The first award is presented to an Engineer-based Schulich Leader who receives a $120,000 scholarship paid over a four-year period with annual awards of $30,000. The second Schulich Leader selected is pursuing a Science degree. This Schulich Leader receives a $100,000 scholarship paid over a four-year period with annual awards of $25,000.
